Hydraulics Analysis Method

By the advanced fluid analysis software (CFD), bit hydraulics is optimized to improve cutting evacuation, cutter cooling and prevent erosion and bit balling with the actual drilling parameters. The position and orientation of nozzles and junk slot area are adjusted to maximize the ROP.
